Build Up Faith
In this Advent season, reflect on these words about the incarnation of Jesus:
The Lord's generation received testimony not only from angels and prophets, from shepherds and parents, but also from the aged and the righteous.
Every age and both sexes, as well as the miraculous occurrences, build up faith —
a virgin bears Him,
a barren woman gives birth,
a dumb man speaks,
Elizabeth prophesies,
the magi adore,
the one enclosed in the womb leaps for joy,
the widow confesses Him,
and the righteous awaits Him.
